DuPont Brass is a vibrant ten-piece brass ensemble from the DC-Maryland-Virginia area, originally formed by Howard University music students. They began as a busking quintet and have grown into a genre-blending group known for their unique "Eclectic Soul" sound, fusing jazz, hip-hop, R&B and soul. Renowned for their high-energy live shows, they've gained national attention with five self-produced tours and placements with ESPN, the NFL and Sesame Street. Their two albums, Music Education and Professional Development, explore themes like mental health and growth, reflecting their artistic evolution and commitment to music education.
