Joanne Shaw Taylor, discovered at age 16 by Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, rose to prominence in blues rock with her guitar talent and soulful voice. Her debut White Sugar (2009) kicked off a successful run with albums Diamonds In The Dirt (2010), Almost Always Never (2012), The Dirty Truth (2014) and Wild (2016), earning praise from legends Joe Bonamassa and Stevie Wonder. Reckless Heart (2019) broke into the UK Top 20, and The Blues Album (2021) hit No. 1 on the Billboard Blues Chart. In 2022 she released Blues From The Heart Live, and her eighth album Nobody’s Fool. Her latest, Heavy Soul, blends soul-pop and blues.
