Friends of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks
Board of Directors
As a subsidiary nonprofit corporation established to operate the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks in accordance with the national Levitt guidelines, which very much meet the mission of ArtsQuest, this board is responsible for development of the programs at the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks, in coordination with ArtsQuest; coordinate an outreach component of the program; and assist in the financial support for the Levitt Pavilion.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the Board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Executive Committee shall have all authority of the Board of Directors between its meetings, including the authority to dissolve or change any of the existing committees.

Strategic Planning Committee
The responsibility of this committee is the development of the multi-year strategic plans and evaluation and modification of the plans, as well as to oversee executive decision making relating to the overall operation of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks. The goal is to follow a multi-year strategic plan with areas of focus on funding, branding and growth strategy. Committee must report out to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.

Fundraising Committee
The responsibility of this committee is to assess, oversee and implement all fundraising needs of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks. This committee will plan, implement, and facilitate various fundraising events during the season. Committee must report out to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
